Chad's HIV diagnosis came along with some personal challenges. Rather than allow them to stand in his way, he faced those challenges head on and broke through to a renewed life of family and community support, activism and self-care. He is on a mission to make a difference in other people's lives. Chad volunteers with TPAN and Chicago House and Social Service Agency in Chicago. What you have done is not who you are, you are you! I've done stuff in my life i'm not proud of and I have HIV but HIV does not have me!! Search "Kary Mullis" video by Gary Null for immediate info. HIV does not cause AIDS and should not be treated with endless chemo-killer. I speak from experience, listened to the doctors for years and? didn't do my own research. This is medical profiling for atomic guinea pig testing, not the application of ethical medicine. Stop the tests, they don't test for anything.

HIV to be really short, HIV is a virus that severely compromises to the immune system, so various opportunistic infections can come into the body. Things that? can be normally fought off (lung infections, thrush, some cancers etc) become present. That's a really short and inadequate answer though, sorry!

chad congratulations on finding a hopeful way of being deeply depressed,now i understand on some level ur still depressed at times but it sounds like your up lefting? your self and learning to be okay with who you are is still something im not willing to do and for u to do so i bet brings hope to other who have no hope, keep doing what your do bro and really congratulations chad :)
